Students in Janet Anderson’s 5th grade classroom at Staples Elementary School made a donation of $48.27 to the Feed My Starving Children project, which will be held Feb. 6 - 7, in Staples. Anderson reported, “Instead of exchanging Christmas gifts with each other, we brought our money to the Feed My Starving Children project...One of my students emptied his bank at home and brought a baggie full of change.
