Painting contractor Rich Japke (left) and City EDA Director Jerel Nelsen checked out the floor tiles and other items in the new Staples city hall-library building Monday. All but complete, the city and the contractors are going through final punch-lists to take care of last minute details. The city will be moving in beginning next Monday, with the Staples Library making the move the following week. Most normal city services will be limited for the week of the move, but telephone calls to city hall a t 894-2550 will be answered. (Staples World photo by Tom Crawford)
