Wadena Medical Center (WMC) will be hosting an H1N1 vaccination clinic on Wed., Dec. 30 from 7 – 9 a.m.

No appointments; vaccination is on a walk-in, first come-first serve basis and is for all persons and age groups. In compliance with Minnesota Department of Health guidelines, any Minnesotan is now eligible to receive the H1N1 vaccination.

Second dose vaccines will be available for children age six months – nine years of age. Please note that children must have received their first vaccine one month prior to be eligible for the second dose.

Be sure to bring your insurance cards with you. Children who have had influenza like illness that was not culture confirmed as H1N1 should still receive the H1N1 vaccine.
