Contractor Shawn Jordahl last Thursday was laying a course of bricks along the west side of the Staples City Hall and Library building.  The site, on Second Avenue a block north of Highway 10, was a busy one as several different contractors have crews on the job. Northway Construction Services is planning to get the outside portions (building exterior, parking lot prep and paving, curb and gutter, etc.) done prior to cold weather, with interior work in November, December and January.
