The Staples and Motley Dollars for Scholars will hold their annual meeting Thursday, Sept. 17, at 7 p.m. at The Vintage golf course.

Students graduating next spring and their parents are encouraged to attend as well as scholarship sponsors and contributors.

Students whose parents attend will be eligible for a special scholarship to be awarded at this meeting.

Among the agenda items will be a review of the organization and how it can help pay for post-secondary education. In 2009, graduates of Staples Motley High School were awarded approximately $79,500 in scholarships
