 Marv Rothstein, right, officially passed the gavel to Jerel Nelsen, the new president of the Staples Rotary Club, at a picnic and program Monday evening, June 29, at Pine Grove Park. Rothstein was completing his third non-consecutive term as president. Christy Weyer and Chuck Mayer will remain as club secretary and treasurer, respectively.
