I am writing this letter regarding Bob Blessing the Todd County Emergency Manager. Bob was previously the City of Staples Emergency Manager before accepting the position with Todd County.

Bob will be retiring this month and I just wanted to say what a great job he has done. Bob's position is one of those you do not hear much about, but behind the scene he has developed policy, strategy and training for all of the emergency services.

Having Bob retire is a great loss to our area as far as I am concerned. Bob is dedicated, professional and very caring of our communities. He has worked very well with everyone and we have been extremely lucky to have had him working for all of us.

Bob, you will be missed. I wish you luck in whatever you do.
