Submitted photo New York Mills Regional Cultural Center hosts the 2009 Minnesota State High School League Regional Show now through April 8. Young artists from 23 regional high schools participate in this show that features sculpture and two dimensional art work. The artists and their teachers will be in New York Mills on April 8 for the Visual Arts Festival. The show is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
