Submitted photo Delegates from the Staples Motley FFA attended the FFA Day on the Hill at the state Capitol Feb. 26 as part of National FFA Week activities. Members had the chance to sit in on a Senate session and be involved in committe meetings. Along with tours of the Capitol, attendees developed a further understanding of the legislative system. They met with Senator Dan Skogan, Senator Paul Koering and Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen to discuss issues related to Career and Technical Education and agriculture. "It was a great experience to be able to talk to the legislators and hear things from their perspective," said Brianna Hove.
